Shipping/Return Policies

If you receive your item and it does not fit or you do not love it on, you can exchange it for a different size or store credit. Customer must pay for shipping to have the product sent back. You have 7 days from the day it was delievered to send the item back. The amount excludes the shipping amount.

Once we have received the item and there is no damage, the tag is still attached, and has NOT been worn, we will email or text you the code to use for store credit or ship out the size or item you are wanting to exchange for.  

Items ship within a week excluding holiday days and are expected to be delivered in 3 to 4 days depending on location and season.

Exchanging sale items - If the item you purchased is on sale and it does not work for you, you can exchange it for a different size but cannot exchange it for store credit.

If for some reason after I have shipped your package & you do not receive it or the package gets lost it is not Branded Boutique’s fault. In the event that this happens, you need to file it as LOST with USPS and hopefully you can find your package! In other words, AFTER THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN SHIPPED IT IS NO LONGER IN BRANDED BOUTIQUE’S POSSESSION IT IS IN POSSESSION OF USPS. In the event that the package or item/product has been damaged you need to file a claim with USPS. Branded Boutique is not responsible for lost or damaged mail.
